INDUSTRIAL
AND PROCESS WATER
We treat water for machinery, production processes and technical systems, with solutions sized to meet the required water quality, flow rate and operating conditions.
From treating mains water to protecting water circuits and treating process water for reuse or discharge.
WATER QUALITY DEPENDS ON HOW IT IS USED
Fulcor determines the treatment based on the incoming water and the quality required by the process. Hardness, conductivity and pH are assessed alongside flow rate and requirements for continuous operation, to size a solution suited to the system’s needs.
01
MACHINERY AND PRODUCTION PROCESSES
Water treatment for production lines, industrial machinery and laboratory equipment. The treatment is designed to achieve the water quality required by the process and specified for the equipment being supplied.
02
HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING
Treatment of water used to fill and top up circuits, with solutions for scale and corrosion control and, where necessary, frost protection.
03
COOLING TOWERS
Water treatment for cooling and evaporative towers: control of deposits and corrosion, dosing of treatment products, and measures for microbiological control and Legionella risk management.
04
REUSE AND DISCHARGE
Filtration and treatment of process water from industrial machinery to enable reuse or prepare it for discharge. Treatments are defined according to the water characteristics and its intended destination.
SYSTEMS CONFIGURED TO MEET THE REQUIRED WATER QUALITY
Each application may require a single treatment or several systems combined in series. Fulcor selects and sizes solutions according to the incoming water and the characteristics required for its intended use.

FILTRATION
Remove particles, protect equipment
Filtration removes solid particles from water, helping to protect machinery, valves and equipment. It can be used to treat mains water for industrial use or to treat process water.
Fulcor selects and sizes cartridge filters and automatic filtration systems based on the water characteristics, flow rate and required filtration fineness. The choice also takes into account requirements for continuous operation, cleaning and maintenance.
Where necessary, filtration is installed upstream of softening or reverse osmosis to prepare the water for the subsequent treatment stages.
SOFTENING
Reduce hardness, limit scale formation
Water softening reduces water hardness, helping to limit scale formation in industrial machinery and the circuits supplied. The treatment is designed according to the water quality required by the process and equipment.
Fulcor offers single-column, duplex and triplex systems, selected and sized according to incoming water hardness, flow rate and consumption. The configuration also takes into account continuity of service requirements and regeneration cycles.
Softening can be used as a dedicated treatment or combined with filtration and reverse osmosis, according to the system’s needs.

REVERSE OSMOSIS
Reduce dissolved salts, achieve the required water quality
Reverse osmosis reduces the dissolved salt content and conductivity of water. It is used when machinery, equipment and production processes require water quality that filtration or softening alone cannot achieve.
Fulcor selects and sizes the system based on incoming water quality, the volume of water needed and the process requirements. The configuration also takes into account requirements for continuous operation and any need to store the treated water.
Where required, filtration and softening are installed upstream of reverse osmosis to protect the membranes and maintain system performance.
UV DISINFECTION
Inactivate microorganisms with ultraviolet light
UV disinfection uses ultraviolet light to inactivate microorganisms as water passes through the reactor. It is a physical treatment that involves no added disinfectants and can be integrated into the treatment of water for machinery and production processes.
Fulcor selects and sizes the system based on flow rate, water characteristics and the disinfection objective. Where necessary, pretreatment is included to reduce particles and substances that hinder UV light transmission.
The treatment acts on the water passing through the reactor and provides no residual disinfection. Protection requirements for storage tanks and distribution systems are therefore assessed as part of the overall system.

AUTOMATIC DOSING
Dose treatment products to suit the system’s needs
Automatic dosing introduces the treatment products into the water in the quantities defined for the application. It can be used for corrosion and scale control or for disinfection.
Fulcor selects and sizes dosing pumps and systems according to the water characteristics, the products used and the process requirements. The configuration takes into account the flow rates to be treated and the system’s operating conditions.
Dosing can be a dedicated treatment or be combined with other technologies. Products and injection points are selected according to the intended use.
MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL
Monitor parameters, adjust treatment
Measurement allows water parameters, such as pH and conductivity, to be monitored according to process requirements. The control system uses this information to adapt the treatment to the system’s operating conditions.
Fulcor offers instrumentation and preassembled measurement and dosing stations, configured for the application. Where specified, the measured values are used to automatically adjust the dosing of treatment products.
The selection covers the parameters to be measured, the monitoring points and the control methods. These elements are coordinated with the other treatments to help maintain the water characteristics required for the intended use.
